In every moment of the year a jar of our jam gives off the smell of summer fruits and makes us try again the incredible taste of fresh fruits.
Our plums ripen on the trees, nurrishing of sunshine and becoming as sweet as possible, so that we can add the minimum quantity of additional sugar.
Jam has the typical white, delicate color of williams pear variety and its texture is spreadable but also presents some fruit pieces.

For our jams and confits we only use fresh fruits from ur organic farm.
Using a particular cooking porocess, which keeps low temperature thanks to a vacuum-sealed machinery, sweetness and colors of our fresh fruit are preserved at best. That means a flavoured and healthy jam!
We don’t use artificial thickeners or preservtives.
