When tomatoes reach their perfect ripeness, we process them using a gentle vacuum-cooking method at low temperature. It is a simple act of respect that preserves their vibrant colour, fresh flavour and natural nutritional qualities.
The result is an honest tomato passata with almost no added salt (just 0.03%), allowing the natural savouriness of the soil to shine through. Thick, smooth and ready to pour, it brings the taste of a carefully prepared tomato sauce to your table—without hours of cooking.
